Industry veteran Dr. Peter Farrell named as Chairman of the Board, Dr. Pad Chivukula reinstated as CSO and COO

(NASDAQ:ARCT), a leading RNA medicines company, today announced that Dr. Peter Farrell has been named as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. Joseph E. Payne has been reinstated as President and CEO and Dr. Pad Chivukula has been reinstated as Chief Scientific Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
