Mr. Mulroy joins Arcturus Therapeutics as Chief Financial Officer and will lead the company’s finance, accounting, and reporting functions. Mr. Mulroy is a senior financial executive with a proven record in operational leadership and teamwork, with demonstrated skills in SEC reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, royalty financing, banking relationships, and commercial product launch support. Prior to joining Arcturus, he served as Chief Financial Officer of AnaptysBio, La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company, and Taxus Cardium Pharmaceuticals Group. Mr. Mulroy began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP after earning his B.B.A. in accounting from the University of San Diego.

Dennis has over 40 years of industry experience spanning small biotech, medical devices, and computer technology. Most recently, he was CFO at AnaptysBio, where he was involved in separating the company into two public companies with different business models, which has increased the combined market value by 400% since the transaction was initially announced. While serving as CFO at La Jolla Pharmaceutics Company, he supported the commercialization of its hospital product before the company was sold to Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics. Dennis began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP after earning his B.B.A. in accounting from the University of San Diego.
